When you start a booking on this website, the selected room is locked for 10 minutes so no other guest can take it while you complete payment details. If payment is not submitted within that window, the hold expires automatically and the room returns to general availability.

A reservation is confirmed only after our reception team verifies the payment reference against the merchant record. Until then the booking is treated as pending.

All rates are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) per room, per night. The price you see is the final price — no extra taxes or service charges are added.

Advance payment may be made by bKash to +880 1711-070750, by card at reception, or in cash on arrival where a partial advance has already been received.

Check-in begins at 12:00 noon and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged at half the nightly rate.

A valid photo ID (NID, passport or driving licence) is required at check-in for every adult guest, in line with Bangladesh hotel regulations.

Rooms may not be occupied by more guests than the stated capacity. Extra beds, where available, are charged separately.

Visitors are welcome in public areas only and must leave the property by 10:00 PM unless registered as staying guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms, corridors or the restaurant. Designated outdoor areas are provided.

Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors. Illegal substances, firearms and pets are not allowed on the premises.

The hotel is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or at reception, nor for events beyond our reasonable control such as extreme weather, cyclone warnings, power interruption or government directives.

Guests should follow hotel safety instructions when using the lift, electrical equipment and other shared facilities.
