When you make a reservation we collect your name, phone number, email address, stay dates, guest count and the payment reference you submit. Reception may additionally record ID details at check-in as required by law.

We do not store card numbers or bKash PINs on this website.

Your details are used to hold and confirm your room, issue your invoice, contact you about your stay, and meet legal record-keeping obligations.

Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe to the newsletter, and every message includes an unsubscribe option.

We do not sell guest data. Information is shared only with our payment provider, hosting provider, and government authorities where required by Bangladeshi law.

Reservation records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Access to booking data is restricted to authorised reception and management staff through an authenticated dashboard.

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to hotellodgeresidential@gmail.com or calling +880 1711-070750. Deletion requests are honoured except where records must be kept for tax or legal reasons.
