Cancellation & Refunds

Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours before the check-in date are refunded in full, less any bank or mobile-wallet transfer charge.

Cancellations within 72 to 24 hours of arrival are refunded at 50% of the advance paid. Within 24 hours of arrival, the first night is non-refundable.

A guest who does not arrive on the reserved date without notice forfeits the advance payment. Early departure does not entitle a refund for unused nights during peak season.

Bookings for national holidays, Eid, and winter peak dates, as well as reservations of four rooms or more, require a 50% non-refundable advance.
